Domenic Cirone, Senior Vice President of Acquirer Solutions at Midigator, has over 28 years of chargeback and risk management experience on both the issuing and acquiring side of the payment processing industry. 

Before joining Midigator in 2020, Dom served as the Vice President of Chargeback Processing at EVO Payments International. One of his most noteworthy career milestones was developing, certifying, and implementing EVO’s in-house chargebacks system which eliminated the company’s dependence on external system vendors. 

Domenic plans to expand his capabilities in his new role at Midigator by developing state-of-the-art dispute products to serve large-scale ISOs, processors, and acquirers in the ever-evolving payments landscape. 

Because of his diverse background and advanced skill set, Dom is considered the industry’s best authority on chargebacks and disputes. He is regularly called upon to share his expertise with card brands, industry associations, and fin-tech developers. He currently serves on the ETA Risk, Fraud, and Security Committee and the MAC Conference Program Committee.
