Technical Support Engineer

Technical Support at Midigator is a critical aspect of our success. The Technical Support Engineer will work daily to ensure that issues are triaged appropriately, responded to promptly, and escalated when necessary. The Technical Support Engineer will support our internal as well as our external customers.


  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and triage product issues to provide solutions for the Product Support Team
  • Take ownership of technical issues and have a strong desire to find and fix root causes
  • Prioritize and keep up to date on unresolved issues
  • Create troubleshooting documentation including detailed FAQs and common problems
  • Participate in providing training as required
  • Work as part of a team with Development, Product, and Customer Support


  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Love of troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence
  • Experience reading and writing SQL queries
  • Experience with programming languages
  • Ability to perform data analysis
  • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant experience
