Joe Libby is a risk management expert. He excels at helping merchants identify emerging threats and creating strategies to minimize risk. 

Joe has been a valued and trusted member of the payment industry since 2003. He served as the assistant vice president at Citi, vice president of risk management at PowerPay/EVO, and vice president of risk and underwriting at Easy Pay before joining Midigator in 2019. Joe has been a member of the Merchant Acquirers Committee for nine years and an advisor for two years. 

A graduate of the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, and marketing, Joe enjoys skiing, hiking, and boating with his family.
